PM Shehbaz Sharif Commits to Round-the-Clock Development for KP

PESHAWAR: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif announced a commitment to provide all necessary resources for the development of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), assuring that both the government and Chief of Army Staff General Asim Munir will work tirelessly for the province’s progress.

During a meeting with representatives from tribal districts, PM Sharif emphasized the establishment of a development council comprising local leaders and tribal elders, aimed at addressing the unique challenges faced by the region. He stated, “We will work day and night for the development of KP,” highlighting the government’s dedication to improving infrastructure and public services.

This initiative is expected to have significant implications for the citizens of KP, who have long faced developmental neglect. By prioritizing resources and attention to this region, the government aims to foster economic growth and stability, which could lead to improved living standards and reduced poverty.

Looking ahead, the government plans to hold further meetings with local stakeholders to finalize development strategies and allocate resources effectively. The focus will be on ensuring that the benefits of development reach the grassroots level, thereby empowering local communities.
