SIALKOT: A stampede during TikToker Patlu’s mehndi ceremony on Daska Road has left 14 individuals injured. The incident occurred as a large crowd gathered at the stadium for a prize draw event associated with the ceremony.

According to rescue officials, the chaos erupted when the gates opened, leading to a rush of attendees eager to participate in the festivities. Eyewitnesses reported scenes of panic as people struggled to enter the venue, resulting in injuries among the crowd.

This incident raises concerns about crowd management and public safety at events featuring popular social media figures. The overwhelming turnout reflects the significant influence of TikTok personalities in Pakistan, but it also underscores the need for better planning to ensure the safety of attendees.

Authorities are expected to investigate the circumstances surrounding the stampede and assess the adequacy of safety measures in place. Future events may require stricter crowd control protocols to prevent similar occurrences.
