Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Condemns PTI’s 13-Year Governance Failures
PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Faizal Karim Kundi has criticized the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) party for what he describes as the devastation of the province over the past 13 years, asserting that he is committed to rectifying these issues.
Kundi stated that his administration is introducing new legislation aimed at improving the province’s governance and public services. He emphasized the need for the use of government resources, such as helicopters, to be strictly for official duties rather than personal luxuries.
This statement comes amid growing public discontent regarding the province’s infrastructure and service delivery, which many residents believe have deteriorated under PTI’s rule. Kundi’s remarks signal a shift towards accountability and a promise of reform, which could reshape the political landscape in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Looking ahead, the provincial government plans to unveil specific legislative proposals in the coming weeks, aimed at addressing the pressing issues faced by citizens and restoring public trust in governance.
