Pakistan Conducts Successful Test Launch of Extended Fatah-IV Cruise Missile

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s military successfully conducted a test launch of the extended version of the Fatah-IV ground-launched cruise missile on Tuesday, as confirmed by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).

The ISPR stated that the missile, equipped with advanced avionics and state-of-the-art navigational aids, is designed to engage targets at extended ranges with high precision and lethality. The test also validated additional technical parameters of various sub-systems, enhancing both accuracy and survivability.

The launch was observed by senior officers from the Pakistan Army, alongside scientists and engineers from the developing agency. President Asif Ali Zardari, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Chief of Army Staff Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, and other service chiefs praised the successful test, commending the technical expertise and dedication of all involved in this significant achievement.
