In a statement to the police, the motorcycle owner expressed that his actions stemmed from personal distress related to domestic issues and financial burdens. He lamented the incident, stating he was en route to earn a livelihood when stopped by the traffic warden, and vowed to adhere to traffic regulations in the future.
