Armed Robbers Open Fire on Car in Karachi After Failed Heist

KARACHI: In a shocking incident on Thursday, armed assailants opened fire on a car in the Dhoraji area of Karachi after their robbery attempt on the driver failed. The attack left the car’s occupant injured, highlighting the ongoing security challenges in the city.

The incident occurred while the driver was waiting for a friend near Dhoraji Cut. Eyewitnesses reported that the assailants, frustrated by their inability to execute the robbery, resorted to gunfire, striking the vehicle multiple times. Local law enforcement officials confirmed that the injured individual was promptly taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
