FIA Launches Official Helpline for Islamabad Airport Travel Assistance

ISLAMABAD: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has activated an official helpline for its Pre-Departure Facilitation Desk at Islamabad International Airport, aimed at assisting passengers with travel documents, immigration queries, and other travel-related guidance.

According to an FIA official, the designated helpline number is 0303-5099581, which is the only official contact for the desk. The agency has clarified that another number, 0300-5805760, is not authorized for this purpose, ensuring that travelers have a reliable source for their inquiries.

This initiative is expected to streamline the travel process for passengers, particularly in light of increasing air traffic and the complexities surrounding travel documentation. By providing a dedicated helpline, the FIA aims to enhance passenger experience and reduce potential delays at the airport.
