HEC Invites Students to Participate in 2027 China Snow Sculpture Contest

ISLAMABAD: The Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan has announced an exciting opportunity for undergraduate and postgraduate students to participate in the 19th International Collegiate Snow Sculpture Contest (ICSSC 2027), set to take place in Harbin, China, from January 3 to 8, 2027.

HEC’s announcement encourages universities across Pakistan to engage their students in this international competition, which aims to foster creativity and collaboration among young artists. The contest will be hosted by Harbin Engineering University, renowned for its winter sports and cultural events. HEC officials emphasized the importance of such competitions in enhancing students’ skills and promoting cultural exchange.

This initiative not only provides a platform for artistic expression but also strengthens Pakistan’s presence in global cultural events. Participation in the ICSSC 2027 could enhance students’ portfolios and open doors to international opportunities, showcasing their talents on a global stage.
