inDrive Launches Free AI Literacy Program for Ride-Hail Drivers’ Children

ISLAMABAD: inDrive, in collaboration with Tech Valley, has announced a new initiative aimed at providing free digital safety and AI literacy classes to 900 children of ride-hail drivers across Pakistan and Egypt. The program, named Digital Safar, is designed to empower families who typically lack access to such educational resources.

The three-week program will enroll children from grades 6 to 10, offering them live classes that cover essential skills in digital safety and artificial intelligence. This initiative not only seeks to enhance the educational prospects of these children but also aims to bridge the digital divide faced by families in the ride-hailing sector.

The launch of Digital Safar reflects a growing recognition of the importance of digital literacy in today’s job market. As technology continues to evolve, equipping the next generation with the necessary skills is crucial for their future success. This program is expected to have a significant impact on the lives of participating families, providing them with tools to navigate an increasingly digital world.

Looking ahead, inDrive and Tech Valley plan to expand the program’s reach, potentially increasing the number of beneficiaries and introducing additional resources to further support the education of these children. The initiative is set to commence shortly, with enrollment details to be announced soon.
