Modi and Trump Discuss Strategic Partnership Amid Trade Deal Talks

NEW DELHI: Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and US President Donald Trump engaged in a telephone conversation on Wednesday, reaffirming their commitment to enhancing the strategic partnership between India and the United States. This dialogue comes as India’s Trade Minister Piyush Goyal is in the US to negotiate an interim trade deal.
