Karachi PropTech Startup Fortify Expands into Saudi Arabia Amid Vision 2030
KARACHI: Fortify, a Karachi-based PropTech startup, has officially expanded its operations into Saudi Arabia following the successful establishment of its Riyadh entity. The company secured a Ministry of Investment (MISA) license in February 2026 and incorporated its Saudi company in July 2026, marking a significant milestone in its growth strategy.
Fortify specializes in developing cloud-based ERP software tailored for real estate companies, integrating sales, customer relationship management (CRM), and other essential functions into a single platform. This expansion aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, which aims to diversify the economy and promote technological innovation.
The entry of Fortify into the Saudi market not only enhances its business prospects but also contributes to the burgeoning PropTech sector in the region. As the Saudi government invests heavily in infrastructure and technology, Fortify’s solutions are poised to meet the growing demand for efficient real estate management tools.
Looking ahead, Fortify plans to leverage its new presence in Saudi Arabia to forge partnerships with local real estate firms and explore further opportunities in the Gulf region. The company aims to adapt its offerings to meet the unique needs of the Saudi market while contributing to the broader goals of Vision 2030.
